Returns

Please note that, you must take reasonable care of the item you wish to return and not use them. The products must be returned in their original conditions. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the item during your possession and may reject the request to return exchange or refund.

Incase of faulty, damage or incorrectly supplied goods, we may offer you a substitute or replacement product. In any case you must return the faulty, damaged or incorrect products to us as soon as possible, in the same condition supplied.

*Please note that we can only accept the item return/exchange within 14 days of the order on your receipt.

Cancellation of your order

If you wish to cancel your orders, you may do so by calling our customer service department : +254 707 048 600, during working hours and within 1 hour of having placed the order. If you have paid by PayPal and have cancelled in accordance to the clause then we will reverse the authorisation or process a refund transaction as soon as possible, but we are not responsible for how long this will take to be reflected on your account as this is a dependent on the bank processing procedures.

*Please note that we cannot accept cancellation outside of the specified period as order will have been processed.
